Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage the item in its original protective materials and crate to ensure the delicate craftsmanship remains intact during transit.
Ship with Care
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized boutique courier location.
